Payments are accepted through bank transfer, cash on delivery (within UAE), or other methods as agreed upon during the WhatsApp ordering process.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options and costs.

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of order confirmation. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and order value. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value as indicated on our website.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

5.2 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products with broken seals (unless defective)

6. Product Information

We also display advertisements through Google AdSense and Monetag. These third-party ad servers use technology to serve advertisements and links that appear on TechGadgets. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs.

In no event shall TechGadgets, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
